The South Lake Trail is near by for the first 20 miles (the North Loop)...no need to worry if any one wants to bail out at any time.
We will work on the North Loop (north of Hwy 50) for the several weeks, then work our way up to include the South Loop.
It is primarily neighborhood hills, second half does have a few well traveled roads (ride is timed to avoid weekday rush hour traffic).
North Loop: approximately 24 miles, 2700 ft of climbing, 15+ hills
South Loop: 27 miles, 2300 ft of climbing,15+ hills

50 miles, 5000 ft of climbing, 30+ hills
